    What do I do if my recliner squeaks?

    If I oil it what would I use and where would I oil or which springs would I oil?

    First you need to identify the origin of the squeak. If it's the spring mechanism, you can should use a spray type lubricant like WD40, one small area at a time between tests so that you know when you hit the right spot. You can then use drip oil for better longer-lasting results.

    It may also come from a loose frame. Tightening will rid the noise.
