what can i do about company you order from goods in stock you pay they then send money back less a £1

they tell you you ordered it when out of stock and you know it was in because you checked they just say yes it was it was so if they take a £1 off of 1000 custumers then get them buy more exspenive one it sounds like to you its only a£1 for one but soon adds up con !!!! solware ltd is company i have emailed back got reply not going to argue thats it

They must have charged you for the stamp. Don't you have a consumer affairs that you can make a complaint to?
