    Same as Heroin. Eventual organ failures. Methadone will keep you off the streets trying to cop, take it if you need it. This may sound spooky but, cold turkey in regards to "Smack" is the only way to stop the addiction. If you weren't born with it in your body, it doesn't belong there, even aspirin.
    Hitler made had his "men" make methadone when he ran out of heroin. It is not only used to get off heroin. It's also one of the safest pain killers as long as it is taken under a "real" Doctor's care and not abused. It doesn't hang around in your liver and other organs.

    DON'T start taking it - it's a vicious cycle to get off of it and you either go cold turkey like heroin or use another drug to get of this drug then another drug to get off that drug, etc., etc.
