No. The difference between urine and tears is with urine, fluids are filtered (sterilized) thru the bladder from the kidney. The ph is 7, I believe, with a chemical makeup of uric acid, inorganic salts and other chemicals. They say the closest thing to Urine is amniotic fluid. imagine that!

Tears are saline, water and proteins.

However, the color is the same.

Interesting question as I've heard this stated in a movie once. Can't remember the name of it.
