      A bully is a person with extremely low self esteem. They are threatend by the person they pick on or they wouldn't bother.

        A bully is someone who makes an attempt to control another through dominating means.

        Therefore, a bully is not only the view of the kid who pushes someone around at school, but can also be an office manager, or husband/wife, neighbor etc...

          A bully is a child that is acting out his aggression on other smaller or weaker kids, most likely because of problems in the home such an abusive parent or sibling.Possibly because of absentee parents, and the child is seeking attention. It's also used to get attention or acceptance from their peers. TMO
