    When to run/jog?Morning/ Evening

    Both, one to energize you for the rest of the day and the other to completely exhaust you so that you sleep better.
    I would say morning to energize you for the rest of the day and speed up your metabolism.
    I have found when I exercise in the morning it gives me more energy through out the day, you would think that it would be the opposite. Somehow it works better for me in the a.m..

    When I used to work out at night It seemed to me like I stayed awake later. I suppose it depends on the individual, try both and see which one works better for you.
