personally i would put 100% responsibility upon my self. god only knows what the system is teaching our youth. that dosent mean home schooling although its a great option for some as well as private schools. what i would do ais take a keen intreast in all their school activities, everything from math to baseball. get to know all their teachers and their beleifs as well as their circulum.attend all pta meetings and maybe even volenter whenever possible . you want to know who their friends are as well , peer pressure often times more than a child can handle!
