why in road accident always charged in heavy vehicles

Typically in accidents involving, class A or B vehicles, the professional driver will be charged first as they are expected to be the ones to avoid accidents due to their professional status. It sucks but that's just the way it works. In any accident involving a class A or B licensed driver, that driver also has to undergo mandatory drug and alcohol testing whether they show signs of the two or not. The driver of the passenger car will not be tested if they do not show sign of intoxication of alcohol or drugs. It's all one sided because again, professional drivers have had to go through added driving instructions and so are expected to avoid accidents. This does not mean the driver can not fight charges if he/she was truly not at fault.
its true i hold a commerical drivers lisence , they treat us like common crimanals just causr we have that lisence, we under go all kinds of scrunity for that reason alone , drug tests physcil tests medical cards ins... most of the time accidents are caused by the 4 wheels not the big rigs. yet we are the first ones to piss in a bottle, never the other guy. although we have extensive traing we should have more leincy cause we speend more time on the rosd than any one else. but the law dont see it that way. no matter who's at fault were guilty just for having that lisence

Hey driver...I didn't know you had a commercial license. I gave up driving because of the idiot 4wheelers. I ran nights and there were still too many of them on the road. Worse, they were drunk by then.
Huh? English please, or at least sober up...
I don't even know where to start on this one; it sounds like one of my other favorite questions: "Is it farther to Chicago or by train?" Seriously dude, I hope for your sake you were joking.
