    How do I put a signature at the end of my email?

    To put a signature at the end of a message:

    Go to Tools
    Select Options
    Click Mail format Tab
    Go to signatures
    Create a name for your signature (i.e. My signature) and type your choice of wording. If you want to send a signature on Replies and Forward messages enter text as before.
    You have the option to change the font and appearance of your signature if you wish.
    When you have finished click OK
    To review your signature simply create a New Message.
    Your singnature should appear at the top of the email text area.
