      Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (in case you're wondering, it means: a factitious word alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, causing inflammation in the lungs.

          Actually, I've found one that's longer than any of these but there's no way I am going to type it here because it has 189,810 letters. Suffice it to say, it is the chemical name for titin, the largest known protein.
