      Red square or red circle? The one here on this forum? Refresh the page. If it's still there and you still can't access it, report the issue to the admin so their fix it team can check it out.

        the red square is a notification tool. is there a number in the square? it lets you know when you have an answer, a thumbs-up, etc.
