      Male bloating without pain could be an allergy to a certain food. If it continues, see your doctor who may have you see a nutritionist.

      You did not mention if you have any pain, if you do and it's intense or sharp, you could have a hernia.

      One other possibility, are you having bowl movements regularly? Do you think there could be a possibility you are constipated? You do not have to answer. Just something for you to consider.

        Sounds like you're bloating. I can't tell by your name if you are male or female but if you're female and depending on your age, you could be menstruating, pregnant or have a medical issue I can't guess at without any other mentioned symptoms.
