Male bloating without pain could be an allergy to a certain food. If it continues, see your doctor who may have you see a nutritionist.

You did not mention if you have any pain, if you do and it's intense or sharp, you could have a hernia.

One other possibility, are you having bowl movements regularly? Do you think there could be a possibility you are constipated? You do not have to answer. Just something for you to consider.
