    Has anybody ever taken a child under 17 to an R-rated movie?

    In the US an R-rated film can be shown to a child of any age if accompanied by an adult. Would you say any of these sorts of films are at all suitable for viewing by children? Some films that were rated 'R' in the US (such as 'Driller Killer' and 'Last House on the Left') have in the past been banned even for adults in the UK.

      I have let me kids watch R rated movies at home.. But only after I see.
