    How can I fix a plastic tap to a water butt that contains alot of water

    We ae looking after someones plants whilst they are on holiday and they a huge water butt. Unfortunately the handle to the plastic tap has snapped off. How can we repair it without emptying the butt?

      Now you did it. I would just leave it and let the owners deal with it. Water the plants by some other means until they get back.
