    You have hit the nail on the head regarding the problem with most soy milk, and that is that sugar in some form is usually added during processing, and often quite a lot of it.. On the other hand, unsweetened soy milk only has 2-3 grams of carbohydrate per cup.
    You only need to ask once here, if you don't get a response right away, restate it in the answer area and it should get a response.
