If you'r broke and can't afford funeral, donate her to science. I really don't understand your question. But the law has to be changed regarding wills. If it is made of sound mind and body I believe no one has the right to change or challenge it. Usually the witnesses can varify a persons state of mind at the time also the solicitor if it was drawn up by one.

we blindly follow our government its called a blind faith in things of man..hilter,manson.mother that drive there fammily into lakes...wilf mayer box 453 medicine hat or his son Dave mayer and all the abuse suffered at there foster home... wwhat dfference does it matter if your broke , why would you donate her body to science..sorry it to complex a question for here. no one it is basically kidnapping but since the mom in question is mentally retarded can you legally hold someone against there will. The problem they avoided by hiding her from the son had to have been for finacial gain of somekind...... otherwise it would be a very mean prank to make a mother spend her last 11 years of her life away from her son and grand children. The fact that her son claims to be the son of Harry Veiner and harry Veiner original will was thrown out by the urging of Senator Jack Austin saying that will part v clause was the silly wishes of a senile old man and there were no son so they had need for a trusttee to look after said child till he turns 18 and that will was written on the mothers 55 birhday dec 9 1980 the son born february 12 1963 would of had three monthes till he turned 18.And who ever changed the will was probably the ones paying to keep secret what really happens....hard to answer a question so creul and unbelievable http://harryveiner.shawwebspace.ca/
