    i'm depressed. that's what it is. how can i get out of it TOMORROW. I'm tired of it.

    Kind of hard to get out of depression overnight....it is difficult to shake off...have you tried meds?...I have, doesn't work for me....take care of yourself....helps the most...wish I could give you a better answer, but I can't...keep in touch here, OK? Sometimes, just speaking about it can help....that's a good thing and the ultimate reason that I believe we come into this site for in the first place...don't you agree?...My Mother had a great saying when I was a youngun' and that was this: "I cried because I had no shoes...until I met a man who had no feet" Points to ponder (:
    Hang in there. Everyone goes through such periods.
    The best way to improve your feeling is to go out and exercise for 1 hour.

    Get off the computer, get out of the house, get into the sun, walk and appreciate all of God's creations. If it's raining, open your window and listen to the rain. You can hear God's voice in it ;)
    depression is a spiritual issue,we all try to fill it with materialism and self indulgence...to lift you spirits you must lift you self esteem.. real esteem is not self esteem but a gift from god. focus on whats above not below even if its a rain cloud it still brings life

    I feel the same way,it not easy,sometime I think God is testing your patient? You got to hold on,exercise is about only remedy that I know could work for you,or change your habit if you can,

    I also find out the more knowledge we acquire,the more sorrow we get.That could be one your problem with depression,your heart can take
    so much.You might of heard "to whom much is given,the more will be require of him or her".
    NOOOOO, if @itsmee is depressed then were all doomed, How can you be depressed, I always get the image of a cheerful person behind that computer, your name (ITSMEE) tells it all, don't worry, be happy :) sad days will pass with happier ones, try eating ice-cream, opens the mind, make it chocolate... how about going to the park and feeding pigeons? or telling jokes, I know, I know, Do a prank on one of your kids or your husband, be creative, what makes them angry or excited, or fearful. there are so many things you can do randomly, it's funny just seeing them fall for it, then their reactions, pffff i cracked up laughing when me and my friends plastered our other friends leg when he was drunk and fully asleep with newspapers and such, worked on it and made it so real, then we took him home, and when he woke up, we told him he fell off the stairs when he was drunk and collapsed, we bought him two old crutches and HE WALKED ON THE CRUTCHES FOR A BIT LESS THAN FOUR DAYS without knowing it was fake, he's so STUPID, the more fun though. then we had to crack it up to him in the end when he started asking too much questions, were still laughing at that, god that was the best.
    SO DO SOMETHING FUN, There are so many things, good luck :) be happy
