      Guilty but insane, should still be put away for life. He did have enough sense to plan and pull it off.

              Are you speaking of the shooter who wounded U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords? If so, then yes, I believe he was insane. Too many people believed he was before the shooting. Too many said and did nothing about him. It takes a village for many things. I hold the ones who said nothing just as accountable.
