      You do not say which version you upgraded to. This is what I found on the 'net..Lost bookmarks after Firefox 3 upgrade http://kb.mozillazine.org/Lost_bookmarks_after_Firefox_3_upgrade Hope this helps :)

        In the upper left corner it says "Firefox". Click on that and it will bring up your bookmarks.
