Wipe up accidents in the house with papertowel, take papertowel outside where you want puppy to go pee and take him to the papertowel each time you go out until he pees beside it. Continue to take him out regularly to the same spot until he gets the idea that when he goes to that spot he is to pee.

This thing will not let me commment on answer.. Hope you read this 6dogs.... I am having trould with my two 4 mo old poms too... They go everytime we bring them out... Right away they poo and pee.... They go out every hour but are still going all over the house... We crate them at night. PLease help!

6dogs is on the maney. I have always used newspaper. I will get the pup to pee on it then I have always confined the pup to a area at night in the house, laundry my choice. I put the pee impregnated paper in a corner of the room. Then I take the pup outside, plus the newspaper the next morning. I put the paper on the ground and say "do a wee' whilst keeping the pup near the paper. Don`t hold the pup too tight or you will put him/her off. When the pup does as required praise him/her as though they had given you a million dollars. Make a real fuss"what a clever puppy oh you are so clever" Being a pack animal they want to please the leadrer ,you. DO NOT EVER SMACK all you will do is raise a nervous dog. Patience and praise are the two words for raising a dog. I had a Rottweiler that would wee and poo on command and my current dog is the same. "Go and do a wee" and she does. Speak encourageingly.
