Did you bath him right away after applying the Frontline? I mean with in an hour or two? If it was 2 or more hours after, then I would say no. Frontline absorbs into the dog's skin and then into the blood stream. It is a toxin. To much in the blood stream can make your dog sick. Call a vet and double check when it's safe to reapply depending on when you bathed your dog.

Frontline plus and similar are supposed to be applied 24 hours before a bath and 24hours after a bath otherwise it is washed off.
It takes 24 hours for it to be absorbed.
