ED SHANK,IT'S BALANCING A BODY ON ANY THING YOU CAN FIND,OUR NEWSPAPER HAD PICTURES OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES IN A STIFFENED PRONE POSITION ON BASKET BALL HOOPS,WHEELY BINS, FENCE RAILS, BALCONIES, ETC. THE BALCONY CAN BE A REAL KILLER AS ONE PERSON FOUND OUT LAST WEEK WHEN HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL SEVERAL STORIES TO HIS DEATH. ONLY IMBECILES WOULD RISK THEIR LIFE DOING THIS IDIOTIC PRACTICE.
