You should be able to put it into your cd drive and it should just start playing and give you step by step instructions. Make sure that other windows are not covering the instruction screens. In fact shut down all other programs before you start the installation so this does not happen. If this doesn't work after the disk is in go to the start symbol in the left corner and click on computer..go to D: drive and double click it to see if this will get the disk to start running. It should then for sure start giving you step by step instructions.
