      Wheat-Gluten Allergies cause eczema and asthma, as well as sensitivity to aspirin. These are not classified as dangers, but they are great discomforts that can cause severe difficulties if not properly monitored.

        Thank you. My wife recently discovered she has a wheat gluten allergy
        and is weighing eliminating her favorite food (pasta/bread) verses
        what could be acceptable risks in the long term.

          She may not have much choice if she continues eating gluten... the allergic reactions tend to increase in severity.
