my phone says service disabled and it is paid!!!! 903-513-8423 please figure out what is going on for me. i am brenda pitt bennett. when i try and call 611 or the 800 number it willl not let me call them either. please fix this problem. i have automatic payment thru my credit card. thanks, brenda

assuming that this is a land line and not a cell phone, go to a phone booth and dial 611 to be connected to your local company. give them your home number and have them check the lines. there may be lines down in your area. they can tell you if the problem is their services or if it's your house line.
