    how can i get my cds to play on my laptop

    i put a cd in and it will not play

      If on Windows, try going to My Computer. Double click on the CD drive and see if you can get it playing that way. It should start playing right after you put the CD in so there might be a problem with the drive. Did you check your audio icon to see if it is muted?
