      You could try to reset your computor to a earlier date prior to the day you entered the unwanted item. Comes under "Restore" in accessories.

        I am not an expert - However have you tried your 'Document Recovery' application?
        Mainly used for restoring mistakenly deleted documents but might work for apps?
