    Christians! What great hymns or songs did you worship with this Sunday?

    Here is one that we sung. Our worship teams really do a wonderful job each week of selecting hymns and songs.

    At Calvary

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Years I spent in vanity and pride,
    Caring not my Lord was crucified,
    Knowing not it was for me He died on Calvary.
    Refrain

    Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
    Pardon there was multiplied to me;
    There my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary.

    By God’s Word at last my sin I learned;
    Then I trembled at the law I’d spurned,
    Till my guilty soul imploring turned to Calvary.

    Refrain

    Now I’ve given to Jesus everything,
    Now I gladly own Him as my King,
    Now my raptured soul can only sing of Calvary!

    Refrain

    Oh, the love that drew salvation’s plan!
    Oh, the grace that brought it down to man!
    Oh, the mighty gulf that God did span at Calvary!

    Refrain

    God Bless!

    I didn't attend church this past weekend.  Had I gone, I would have loved to hear this song:

    "We've a Story to Tell to the Nations."

    It's very uplifting.

    Amazing Grace. To a new tune. Beautiful. They can wonder why we love Him. Its because of His Geace to us. I love Him

    We've seen my avitar attacked here on this site. Why did I choose this avitar? This classic hymn says it all.....

    On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross,
    The emblem of suffering and shame;
    And I love that old cross where the dearest and best
    For a world of lost sinners was slain.

    O that old rugged cross, so despised by the world,
    Has a wondrous attraction for me;
    For the dear Lamb of God left His glory above
    To bear it to dark Calvary.

    In that old rugged cross, stained with blood so divine,
    A wondrous beauty I see,
    For ’twas on that old cross Jesus suffered and died,
    To pardon and sanctify me.

    To the old rugged cross I will ever be true;
    Its shame and reproach gladly bear;
    Then He’ll call me some day to my home far away,
    Where His glory forever I’ll share.

    So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
    Till my trophies at last I lay down;
    I will cling to the old rugged cross,
    And exchange it some day for a crown.
