To delete a whole program go to control panel add/remove programs. To delete individial files to to the start icon in the far left corner and in the search for files or programs box type in a word in the file and it should bring up all files with that name and you can delete it. If it causes problems with your computer I would use the restore system feature which is under Programs/accesories/system tools/ system restore. Pick a date close to the date you removed the file like the day before or so. Sometimes deleting one file is not a good idea it can throw your computer off a whole program is often a much better.
