        You probably over-flooded the carburetor. Wait for 5-10mins, don't pump the the gas pedal when turning your switch.

          If the motor is using a carby it may be the shut off needle sticking in the carby. I have had tihs happen. To test gi.ve the float bowl a tap to see if the needle dislodges

            Well...if you're fueling up and the gas pump stops pumping means your tanks are full..otherwise may be the fuel pump and/or carburator...or with today's newer cars I don't have a clue
