      This could cause a lot of lawsuits, because some employees have a deduction from the pay checks for unemployment benefits.

        Unemployment isn't as costly as it seems because this is money that people will spend and put back in circulation right away because they have no choice if they want to live. In fact, it helps others because the money buy things such as food, clothing, gas, various other purchases. Also, taxes are paid on these purchases, so the economy actually gets back more money than it gave out.
