Chelsea manager sacked. Who's next ?

Who will Chelsea hire this time to replace Carlo Ancelotti?
Was his firing justified ? Which other managers in Europe are expected to be terminated ?

He did look pretty used up this past season, didn't he? But he's only 30 years old. Should still be in his prime.
Guss is the man! There is no chemistry in Chelsea now, no team play. He is good at unifying the team.

I really thought that Carlo would successfully gel the team as he did in Milan but I'm beginning to thing that they're just a bunch of talented individuals who think they know more about managing than the manager.
I think we all know that Guss will get the job if he wonts it Josa also could walk in but my hope is that Harry Rednap, Frank Lampard's uncle can be persuaded to take it on,and if not how about a big outside shot, John Terry

John Terry? He's got at least 5 more playing seasons in him. Do you know something I don't?
Digger, John is getting near his useby date. He will be No2 to Guss for a couple of seasons and then will take over with Frank as his No2
