Heaven. Hundreds of people saw him in physical form after he was laid in the tomb. Following this, multiple eye witnesses saw him physically rise.

Angels at the tomb caused Jesus Physical body to dematerialize so that it could not be mutilated further. He was raised with a Spirit body which could materialize in the flesh. Like the angels that visited Lot in Sodom. Genesis 19 The apostle Peter confirms.

(1 Peter 3:18-20) . . .Why, even Christ died once for all time concerning sins, a righteous [person] for unrighteous ones, that he might lead YOU to God, he being put to death in the flesh, but being made alive in the spirit. 19 In this [state] also he went his way and preached to the spirits in prison, 20 who had once been disobedient when the patience of God was waiting in Noah’s days, while the ark was being constructed, in which a few people, that is, eight souls, were carried safely through the water.

Paul here was talking to his fellow anointed Christians and members of the bride class. The little flock destined to become joint heirs with the Christ. He was not talking about The great crowd of 21st Century Christians destined to become the Meek who would inherit the earth.

Doesn't anyone ever think of how when the popular person in high school thought a certain way, numerous people would follow? Sometimes that’s how I feel about the bible. It's a lot easier to follow something that millions believe in than go against it. I understand it's a very sensitive subject but I hope people will take this in and share their opinions in a respectful way. I'm caught in the in-between on religion because there are SO many things in the bible that just don’t make sense to me and I find them very hard to believe.
