    I would assume that some of it would go into the pockets of the red cross workers. They have to eat too!

    Any charity that says 100% of the proceeds go to _, then they have to send 100% of the proceeds or be accountable by law for the missing amount.


    Every charity has to clearly list what amount goes to the charity and if less than 100%, they must show what the difference is used for if asked.
