    How do you get to"redeem" in the itunes store?

    I'm trying to download tunes on my shuffle ipod and I went to the itunes store but I can't find the word redeem to click on.

      There are some steps you have to take: Go to the itunes stores (if you don't already have an account you'll have to create one) At the top right of the front page you'll see a "quick links" box, click the redeem link then type the code in from back of your card, then you'll have to confirm and after that itunes will confirm right backatcha' and your account will be credited..hope this helps..it can be confusing
