      What is the sub fllor made Of? If it is concrete you can use paint used in sealinf swimming pools, if its wood you can use an epoxy like varathane finish, good luck

        Be careful here. If you intend to create a large body of water there are considerations of germs, bugs, mold - and lots of it. Any warm, wet, dark place is just no good unless you have a pro show you how to treat the water ~~~
