    what dies E 6 mean?

    In Timer recirding I setup last mivh to record a program fpr May 19 11 PM to 11.30 PM It did not record bbuy showed E 6 on the heft side

        E6 generally stands for element six but as ninnet states it varies as to what exactly it is with regard to the equipment that you have. Also E6 in your case might just stand for English of a six year old.

          Hi, sorry I goofed. Somehow I thought I was getting through to Toshiba as I was having a recording problem. I think E6 means error 6 which I couldn't locate in the manual.
