        Are other businesses equally liable for similar actions in their parking lots? If yes the equity says it should be so. Otherwise I would say no.

                As far as the law's goes no, they're not responsible. Sometimes when a person is targeted there may be someone on the inside informing the jumpers in the parking lot of whom to jump?

                The best thing to do would be to have it investigated.

                  There's a high probability that this is the case. There's quite a bit of corruption and shady characters around casinos sometimes, depends which one. I'd get my concealed firearms permit, if I were a regular and didn't have one.

                    Terco, sorry your mother was robbed but I stand by my input "Casinos were built for losers" They were, and are, built so that people can lose their money that is the sole purpose of the business. What sense would there be to having a Casino where people always win? You obviously because of ethnic missunderstanding put the wrong meaning on "Losers" Possibly you should live in a more law abiding area. Or do you think the Casino owners have hired a group of robbers to get the money back that people won?
