To delete attachements that you've gotten via email, you'll need to delete the email it came in. The same with emails you've sent out that have pics and docs attached. Go to the Inbox or Sent Emails folder and delete the emails you no longer want. If you have attachments in emails you haven't sent out yet (i.e. in your Drafts folder) go into the email and simply remove the attachment. In Gmail for example you just need to uncheck the box next to the attached file name.
