You need to call your service provider who can delete your current code which will allow you to enter a new password. That was my experience at least with T-Mobile wireless. Good Luck

thanx for that, but the router and my service provider are not of the same company..they can't do it PP

Hi and thanx for your response...I have a BT router, but my account is not with them PP
