absolutaly not...islam is the "religion of hate" although not all muslems are terrorist, so far all your terrorist have been muslem.there is talk of it in the us as well as europe.the extremest want to plunge the world back into the stone ages.
the following are just a few or the muslems sharia laws

1.drinkers and gamblers should be publicly whipped
2.husbands have the right to hit their wives
3.physcial revenge...an eye for an eye
4.both male and female thieves should have a hand cut off
5.fornicators whipped adulters stoned
6.apostates to be killed
7.death sentance to non beleivers

"death sentance to non beleivers" thats me and you.. who in their right mind would want this as part of their constition, weather it be australia, europe,africa or the usa... this battle must be fought on every conceivable front

I would strongly object to our, I am Australian and proud of it, constitution or any laws, that we have, being changed to accomodate ANY etnic group. I have no bone to pick with legitimate immigrants BUT, hey you come here for a different way of life, well you change not us. The Westminster system has stood us in good stead and will continue to do so. To bastardise our laws with other ethnic ideals is not on. If you don`t like it bugger off back to where you came from. Wherever that was obviously was not that shit hot or you would have stayed there. I say adapt or piss off. No I am not being racist I am being honest. Why should A country that is at the forefront of living standards be subjected to changes that may well destroy that standard. Australians need to wake up and realise the Government works for us not the other way around.

Austrialian law for Austrialians  Sharia Law is not workable in this day. sharias law is  a blight on  a civilised society.  A throwback to the  dark ages.

There are many problems with Sharia law. Sharia law is ancient , simplistic, non-specific and was only applicable and useful to certain society and era. The complexity of modern society asks for a more sophiticated approach than what Sharia could possibly offer.
