itsmee, come on stop convincing us how silly you are. To the question, you have a couple of options one you can smooth over the top with a wet wooden float, this will give the traditional pathway finish. Two you can use a metal float which will give a smoother, and also slippery when wet, finish. Three you can wait until the cement is almost dry and sweep it with a yard broom which gives a grainy look. If you want to colour the cement throw hand fulls of the selected coloured powder over the wet cement and work in with a wooden trowel. If you do not understand the terminology ask at you hardware store. What ever you do don`t ask itsmee.
