This person is going into anaphylactic shock due to an allergy to bees. Call 911 immediately. Then give them Benadryl, if this person doesn't have an Epi-pen available. CPR is not going to do any good, because the anaphylactic shock is causing their airways to constrict; this is a reaction at the cellular level, and it can only be overcome by giving antihistamines like Benadryl and an Epi-pen.
