      You won't know but the people around you probably will. Believe me I have a daughter that is bad bipolar, until on medication. Do as "marmite" said then do as your doctor says and you should be fine.

          Ask for an assement from a psychiatrist get your doctor to refer you.If you have it you would experience times of very deep low moods and then high happy moods.Find out more information from https://www.mdf.org.uk This stands for manic depression fellowship.manic depression is the old name for bipolar.
