Windows 7 comes with Internet Explorer 8. There is a newer version of Explorer out there now IE 9. If you want to download the IE9 here is the link:

If you want to keep IE 8 you can do a system restore to get it back, turn off computer, start up the computer again, hit F11, restore back to a previous date or even back to when the computer had factory settings.
