        If you can come up with a good excuse why you didnt go to court then see legal aid ( ohhh it depends were you live )

          ok they will turn up at your last known address any hour if your home your arrested on the spot . you would be better of giving your self up say on a Monday morning so that you can go to court because if you get arrested say on a Friday afternoon you will be locked up until Monday .
