I finally diagnosed the issue and restored it where my photos are finally coming through. I'll give you the steps so you may resolve yours as well. After my long search I logged onto ehow.com and in the search button typed How to fix email when it won't open attachment? This is what I found ~
Start Internet Explorer
Click on 'tools'
Internet Options
Once the box opens up click the 'General' tab at the top
Under Browsing History Click 'delete'
Click 'Yes' to confirm though some computers are different because I clicked the 'delete' a second time.
In the 'Delete Browsing History' dialog box under 'temporary internet' files Click 'Delete Files'
'Yes' to confirm the change
Under 'Cookies' Click 'Delete Cookies'
'Yes' to confirm
Under the 'History' tab Click 'Delete History' 'Yes'
Close out then restart the computer.

I've asked the very same question tonight and have not gotten a response yet so I'm going to ask.com and check it out. I'll let you know if I ever figure it out. I'm so frustrated and hope to resolve this soon so I may share photos to my facebook page. I hope to have some answers for us soon :-)
