To me the key insight delivered by the Apple Watch is how much effort it takes to burn a calorie. Ten minutes link on the bike and youre lucky link to burn 100 link calories. Go all-out for 30 minutes absolutely kill yourself and maybe youll crack 300 calories. Cool.I started looking at every snack food in terms of minutes on the bike and it helped me actually think about what I was eating. Armed with this new framework I declared war on my belly.
