Warren Buffett said about investing:  to be brave when others are fearful and be fearful when others are brave.  This means buy when everybody sells and sell when everybody buys. 

May be you may want to consider buying a house now?

This is a hard question to answer. I am involved with money matters and U have to do a lot of research into what analysts recommend. Plus U have to make your own decision into what U R most comfortable with. How old R U, what time frame U R looking at. Some people want to hit a home run right away, others like Warren Buffet hold 4 the long term. If I had invested 5k in Microsoft, McDonalds, Walmart, Netflix, and others years ago, I wouldn't even be on this site.

20 years ago, a man said to me "Buy land, they are not making it any more" I ignored his advice. If I had listened I would be rich today.
