        Because of it's high moisture content. Scientists have now shown that water does not start to behave like a liquid until at least six molecules form a cluster.

              It isn't. 'Wetness' is a quality ascribed to water by our own consciousness. It is a 'qualia'. It is not a quality inherent in the substance H2O.
